What we collect

When you fill in the free audit form we collect your name, the contact detail you give us (WhatsApp number or email), your store link if you share it, and the answers you select about your store, revenue range, ad spend and current bottleneck.

If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we keep that conversation so we can pick up where we left off.

Why we collect it

One reason: to write your audit and reply to you. The revenue and ad spend brackets tell us what to look at first. Nothing you submit is used for anything you did not ask us for.

What we will never do

• →Sell, rent or trade your details to anyone
• →Add you to a mailing list you did not ask for
• →Share your store's numbers with another client or use them publicly without written permission
• →Keep access to your accounts after we stop working together

Client accounts and data

While we work together we are given access to your Shopify store, ad accounts, email platform and analytics. That access stays in your name and ownership. When an engagement ends we remove our own users from every account within seven days of your request and we do not retain copies of your customer data.

Tracking on this site

We may use standard analytics and advertising pixels (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) to see which pages people read and to measure our own ads. These set cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings and the site will still work exactly the same.

Third parties we use

Your details may sit inside the tools we run the business on — email, cloud storage, and the platforms above. We only use established providers and we only give each one the minimum it needs.

How long we keep it

Audit submissions are kept for twelve months so we can follow up or reference the audit if you come back. Client records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to growth@zenithdigital360.com and you will hear back within a few working days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting existing clients are sent to you directly.
